What to include

To help us reproduce a problem, include the client you used, the approximate time, the tool name or page URL, the distribution and release filters, and the error message. Do not send passwords, API keys, private prompts, or other secrets.

Before contacting support

• Confirm the MCP endpoint is https://manpage.ai/mcp.
• Reconnect or restart your client if the tools do not appear.
• Use get_targets to check the exact indexed distribution, release, repository, and architecture values.
• Try the browser search to confirm whether the manual is currently indexed.
